We understand the creative challenges that come with customizing socks. The questions abound- strips or no strips? Black or white? Can I put the logo on the inside of the sock or not?
In addition to producing one-of-a-kind custom socks, we want to make your sock shopping experience smooth as possible. Therefore, we thought it would be worthwhile to share some of the most frequently asked sock questions we receive from our customers.
1. When will I receive my order?
Our standard shipment is within 7-10 business days after the sock design is approved. This does not include the additional travel time it takes to deliver your socks. Most of our orders are shipped UPS or FedEx however, we reserve the right to use other delivery services if necessary. We recommend that you refer to the FedEx or UPS shipping map to find out how many days your socks will be in transit.
Rush orders are available for shipment within 5 business days after the design is approved with a one time $100.00 rush fee. Please indicate your interest in our rush service in the notes section.
Most stock items ship the same day if the order is placed by 2:00 pm EST, depending on availability. Please call regarding international orders as well. Finally, your order is not processed until all artwork is submitted and approved. One of our specialists will contact you for further verification before confirming and placing your order into production.

2. Is there a minimum amount I must order?
We don’t require that you order a minimum amount of our stock sock items or knee high socks. For custom socks, you must order a minimum of 12 pairs of socks in the same color(s) and size. However, you do not have to order pairs in increments of 12 pairs, i.e. you can order 21 pairs of socks if that is what you need. We take most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as PayPal.

3. Can you put designs both on the inside and outside of my sock?
Yes we can. What you see on our website, while they are all real designs, these socks are there solely to inspire you, NOT dictate to you what you can design. If you see a sock that you like, but want to add strips or your own logo to it, you can use our sock designer to change things up and make the sock your own.
4. Do you have specific instructions on how to use the sock designer?

5. Can I have a sample before I place my order?
Yes, if you are looking for a sample of our custom socks in most scenarios we can provide you with one. Please add any logo, striping, size and coloring requests with your sample order so we can do our best to find a sock that best fits your specifications.
Note, samples are provided from overruns of previous orders that were created. There will be a $10.00 fee and shipping costs will be incurred.
