Custom knit socks have a minimum of 12 pairs of the same color and size. You do not need to order in multiples of 12 — for example, 21 pairs is a valid order. There is no minimum for custom printed socks.

Bulk discounts apply on knit styles as total order volume increases. Free US shipping is included on all fundraiser orders. There are no setup fees or design fees.

Knit socks have the design woven into the fabric using yarn. Athletic socks are made with 80% acrylic and 20% nylon and elastic and include arch support and ribbing. Dress socks are made with 80% cotton, 18% nylon, and 2% spandex and support more complex logos. Both knit styles are highly durable. Printed (sublimated) socks use heat-transfer printing to apply full-color designs — including photos — onto cotton fabric. Printed socks support more complex artwork but may fade more quickly after repeated washing.
No. Custom Sock Shop does not charge setup fees, design fees, or logo fees. The custom fundraising web page is also included at no cost.
Yes. Every order includes a free digital mockup delivered within 48 hours. Production and the fundraiser page do not launch until you approve. A physical sock sample is also available for an additional fee if you want to review the product before committing.
Once your fundraiser closes, socks are delivered within 7-10 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). All orders ship directly to the fundraiser organizer for distribution. US shipping is free.
Custom Sock Shop does not accept returns on customized socks after artwork approval and order confirmation. If there is an error on our end, we will resolve it at no charge.
